Alden Advisors Sells Dallas Container to Liberty Diversified International

Alden Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Dallas Container Corp., by Liberty Diversified International Inc (“LDI”). Since 1977, Dallas Container and its sister organization Amarillo Custom Box Company have manufactured corrugated packaging for a wide variety of clients. It has produced custom boxes, inner packaging, and point-of-purchase displays. The family-owned business makes high-quality packaging products for gift mugs, in-store product placements, and mattresses. With the acquisition, Dallas Container joins LDI, a nationwide, family-owned company leading innovation across paper, packaging, and plastics. As part of LDI’s Liberty Packaging group, Dallas Container will help expand its reach and serve customers throughout the Southern region.

Alden Advisors helped the Company first understand the value of its tangible and intangible assets. We subsequently negotiated a value-maximizing transaction, managed all due diligence efforts, and facilitated a smooth transaction closing. The transaction was led by Tony Neveling and Derrick Reagins of Alden Advisors. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
